ORCHARD WHITE OAK STAIRS
OVERVIEW
This custom white oak staircase was built for a new construction home, where the homeowner wanted a fully custom rift-sawn white oak staircase with a matching handrail.
Every component was milled and fabricated in our shop, including the treads, risers, Scotia, skirt, railing, transitions, and landings. The design balances clean, architectural lines with subtle curves throughout, creating a refined yet organic feel.
The continuous handrail flows from the basement all the way to the third-floor attic, tying the staircase together and creating a seamless visual connection throughout the home.
PROJECT SCOPE
Supply and installation of fabricated oak risers, treads, scotia, skirts, and custom handrail components.
Spindle installation.
Handrail installation, including on-site transition fabrication.
